About this role

This role enables our product team to build and deliver best-in-class products in a way that is efficient, effective and scalable. This is achieved through owning the strategy and execution across three areas:  product enablement and cross-functional operational processes, product documentation/collateral and product tools/systems. 

The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of strategic and operational execution skills. They are a data-driven structured problem solver, and enjoy rolling up their sleeves to get things done. They are the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys working on a variety of initiatives to support those around them. 

Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive internal initiatives that up-level the product organization’s processes, cross functional collaboration, and ability to deliver the best customer experience.
• Understand and communicate all upcoming product features and functionality enhancements to key internal stakeholders 
• Establish robust feedback loops and communication channels with product and customers / customer facing teams
• Analyzing data to help product management make better-informed decisions
• Manage tools for roadmapping, prototyping, etc.
• Creating documentation and collateral for new product features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with third-party localization vendors, maintain translations and assist with customer escalations. 

Must Have

• Previous experience as a Product Documentation Specialist/ Product Analyst/ Product Ops or in business operations
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute on large, cross-functional projects
• Comfortable with ambiguity, is a self-starter, and has an enthusiasm for improving efficiencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the fraud & abuse prevention market
• Prior startup experience
• Familiar with business systems and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, ReadMe)
