What You'll Be Doing:
Work with cross-functional team to launch, maintain and grow Visual Media based products
Interdepartmental strategic planning for roadmap development and future products
Collaborate with key stakeholders, vendors, customers, and data sources to inform decisions and measure progress
Possesses broad knowledge of product building to maintain build and component integrity of BOMS
Provide technical guidance to customers and sales team in alignment with the Seneca experience, (products, roadmaps and services).
Manage complex product development projects
In-depth understanding of how role and contributions help to achieve business objectives.
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the company's request and sole discretion.

Experience / Education
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of product development and system building down to component level.
Broad experience in managing products and portfolios

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$90,500.00 - $125,716.80
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-FL-Florida (Remote Employees)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
