Education and Experience:
  • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing critical moments from Marketplace Adopt to Marketplace Execute, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution for both internal and external users, including Client's Marketplace Partners and Client's Direct.
  • As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful impact and contribute to our overall success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any relevant field related to Product Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on B2B platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching, managing products and or have led the operation behind a product launch.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies or a Product Management related methodology. Leadership Competencies

  • Data Analysis: Be able to use data to inform product decisions. This can include analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and product performance data.
  • Data Analysis platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
  • Partner Governance Platforms knowledge such as: Salesforce Cloud.

Core Accountabilities:
  • Drives the Customer Data Management system that teams use every day and provides the organization with data for transactions and understanding customer relationships.
  • Manage all internal/external users' authentication mechanisms via OKTA and AD via the Portal application, which serves as a gateway to Client.
  • Manage the Prepare//Account Offering (P//AO) application on Client, which is a bridge between AV (Merch App) and Client. With PAO, Merch can start a new offering, view product change alerts, and quickly take actions on offerings that have already started or published.
  • Provides Online Help and all training resources to help users get the most out of Client's activities.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement best practices for email campaign optimization.
  • Create and manage email campaigns distribution list, including segmentation and list hygiene ensuring this list is aligned with both internal and external users in Portal.
  • Maintain operational excellence for Master the Fundamentals e-mail campaigns to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and best practices.
  • Define product requirements and work with Global stakeholders to ensure that the product is delivered on time and meets the business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to continually improve the product and user experience.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
