Product Specialist
Job Description
- Collaborate with customers to guide our platform usage and adoption
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on Steer Health products, services, and programs
- Identify white space customer accounts for new business development
- Track and report to management on sales pipeline activities and assist client success and sakes teams
- Conduct or assist with product-related sales calls. Support and/or organize sales reps in the pre-sales process
- Conduct product trainings and webinars for Account Executives
- Support cross functional teams including procurement, customer service, bids, marketing, sales enablement, client engagement
- Keep track of market and competitor activities including inventory, pricing, promotions, launches, and programs
- Attend trade shows and sales events
Requirements
Education & Skill Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a similar or related role
- Experience and general understanding of the technology product ecosystem
- Experience supporting and or selling services to larger organizations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with specific skills in Excel
- Effective communication skills written and verbal
- Canadian and US travel may be required
