The Product Specialists will provide expert appliance consultation over the phone to fulfill the goal of delivering a premium, high-touch experience to our customers. Product Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and follow-up, as needed, to build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to customers interested in our brands to offer assistance and gather detailed information about their needs and project timeline.
• Share expert knowledge regarding product features as well as design, specification and installation information.
• Build rapport and nurture the customer relationship by following up at appropriate intervals.
• Execute a seamless showroom handoff when customer is ready to take the next step.
• Continue to develop expert product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new product offerings.

Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to employ active-listening skills. Proven follow-up and follow-through skills. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence others is preferred.

Hours will be from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST.
