Product Specialist

SUMMARY

Product specialist works closely with Application Engineers and product developers to drive product development and provide help for deployment of Ansys solutions. In this role you will collaborate with a team of expert professionals to accomplish objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Customers and Application Engineers to understand new field requirements and create Product Spec
• Validate new product features and ensure they meet the requirements
• Develop expertise in an area & start assisting application engineers in deploying new features
• Able to be task-orientated and take directions from a mentor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with semiconductors or systems design and methodologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic understanding of the software support and specification process
• Python programming skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed team
