We are currently seeking a Full-Time SOLO Specialist to join our lean and agile team at our Scottsdale kiosk located at 7014 E Camelback Rd Scottsdale, AZ 85251. This position will report to the Sales Manager.

This is a retail sales role that works on the front lines with our consumers. Our SOLO Specialists are responsible for beginning a customer's retail journey. They will assist with orders, questions, conducting test drives and managing a sales pipeline for their customers, which includes processing pre-orders and order conversions. SOLO Specialists play a crucial role at ElectraMeccanica by creating an exceptional customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

General Duties

• Is the contact for customers during their sales journey from inquiry, to test drive, to order. Smoothly transitions the customer to a Delivery Specialist once an order is confirmed.
• Conducts test drives for customers following EMV test drive procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable customer experience.
• Mentors and guides Brand Ambassadors on best retail practices to continuously improve our retail performance.
• Begins the ordering process for all interested consumers, ensuring their requests are entered into company systems.
• Acts as a brand ambassador - speaks passionately about the ElectraMeccanica brand.
• Communicates both verbal / written with customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Generates orders for vehicles and keeps in regular contact (phone, email, promotions) with customers.
• Coordinates with cross function teams (sales, marketing, delivery, etc.)
• Meets monthly sales metrics set by management.
• Engages all consumers near and around the retail kiosk to ask for their business and encourage them to place orders for a vehicle.
• Provides exceptional customer service to consumers and invites them to join the ElectraMeccanica community for continued support.
• Takes on administrative duties as required - e.g. scheduling test-drives, cleaning vehicles, and informing managers of kiosk needs.
• Effectively relays information and refers consumers to appropriate team members to ensure all their questions and requests are adequately answered.

• Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience. Focus in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
• A post-secondary education is considered an asset for this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player - Builds rapport and strong relationships with team members.
• This role will include working on weekends.
• Has a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Participates in and conducts test drives, may be required to work outdoors.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds.
