Position Summary
The Minka Product Specialist is a pivotal contributor to the success of our products, ensuring their optimal performance and meeting customer needs. This role will use product knowledge, analytical abilities, and a customer-centric approach to enhance the product experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on continuous improvement are essential aspects of this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of the product(s) they are responsible for.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable product improvement and development insights.
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams, customer support, and other relevant departments to ensure a consistent and accurate understanding of the product.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to coordinate efforts and contribute to the product's overall success.
- Provide support to the sales team by participating in presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to highlight product features and benefits.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs, to assist customers and internal teams.
- Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product development.
- Assist in planning and implementing product launches, including developing marketing strategies and promotional materials.
- Contribute to developing marketing strategies to position the product effectively in the market.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the product(s) they are responsible for, including technical specifications and use cases.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey product information to both internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to make informed recommendations for product improvement.
- A customer-centric approach that can understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond proactively to new challenges and opportunities.
- Depending on the nature of the product, a certain level of technical proficiency may be required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or an equivalent is preferred.

Pay Range:
$3,960.00 - $8,571.20
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
