Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Job Description

Field based role : >75% travel.

Band : 5

Location : Mumbai.

Initially supporting pan India & after 6 months onwards will primarily support Central and West Region for ICSP (75%) and TEA (25%) of work time.

General Duties :

1) Post-application training to customers

2) Basic Training, troubleshooting and reporting

3) Training as per tender or PO dedication

4) On-site workshops/seminars at various customer sites

5) Paid training program at customer sites

6) Online support to customers in case of parallel work pressure

7) On-Field training of new joiners

8) Pre-sales involvement as per request from TSS team/marketing team

9) Other duties assigned by line manager

10) Learn alternative chromatographic techniques for enhanced customer support
