Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, education, and training to customers.
• Develop and implement flawless methods for various products, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct engaging customer presentations, technical seminars, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with key scientific and educational leaders to deepen customer relationships.
• Build and present technical content for diverse platforms, including websites, seminars, and reports.
• Manage product-related issues and troubleshoot effectively at demo labs or customer sites.
• Generate and review technical application notes and contribute to global tech tools.
• Stay updated on current technology trends and scientific literature, sharing insights with the sales team.

Requirements

• Experience of over 5 years in working with LCMS/GCMS/ICPMS/HPLC
• Extensive background in the Food/Pharma/Biopharma industry/Commercial Testing Lab
• Ability to travel extensively (>70%) and provide onsite support.
• Strong interest in learning and supporting alternate techniques.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ambitious and collaborative great teammate with a positive outlook.
