Sentara Health is currently hiring a Product Specialist for the Health Plans team!
This is a Full-Time position with the working hours of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and great benefits!

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, IT, Marketing and Public Relations required
- Experience in websites, mobile apps, secure portals
- Experience in search engine marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of all manner of content for the Sentara public website, sentara.com, and social/digital media presence in support of the Sentara strategic and marketing goals.

Job Summary
The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for the creation and implementation of all manner of content for the Sentara public website, sentara.com, and social/digital media presence in support of the Sentara strategic and marketing goals.
Experience and/or education in CX, UX, and design-thinking/human-centered design for digital channels a plus.
Bachelor's in business, marketing, public relations, communications, digital media, digital journalism or related field. 4 years of related experience in lieu of education is required. Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) skills and critical thinking skills. Ability to self-manage and lead projects from conception to completion. Understanding of web and mobile design, applications, navigation, Understanding and active use of Microsoft Office, Content Management Systems and other technology tools and platforms, graphic design program (such as PhotoShop), computer video editing software, and ability to learn new programs quickly and efficiently. Comfortable in multitasking oriented environment. Some travel required.
