Enterprise Cloud Platforms team in the CTO organization offers Private and Public Cloud platforms for Bank of America's developers to drive faster time-to-market, innovation with private and public cloud capabilities, and reduce complexity with bult-in integrations. We believe in high quality engineering culture to engineer our platforms with customer and platform mindset, design for large enterprise scale and resilience, and accelerate market innovation into the technical platforms we deliver.
As part of this team, you will have a large impact on the evolution of next generation Cloud services for Bank of America and explore an extensive list of new technologies that will drive innovation across our company.
Position Summary:

• Reporting to the product management office, responsible to co-lead with other Technical Product Managers through the process of collating requirements, designing, and engineering new products in the hybrid cloud environment.
• Maximize the value of one or more products, at the program level in a scaled Agile Model
• Define the vision and roadmap for their products, defining and prioritizing the features/epics in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and development teams
• Understanding the user needs, be responsible for the development of current and future products that are required in the hybrid cloud space.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders both technical and non-technical to deliver the objectives of the products.
• Identify and measure the appropriate KPIs to measure success in delivering the product.
• Work in conjunction with finance officers, architects, and engineers in the delivery of product features to the user community.
• Socialize the product roadmap, strategy and backlog to stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, generating critical sponsorship and buy-in.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of relative experience in Technical Product Management
• Extensive experience working with external cloud services
• Demonstrable subject matter expert understanding of enterprise hybrid cloud environments within an enterprise and understanding of product maturity in the wider industry.
• Competency in implementing operating model for products and influencing continuous improvement of products.
• Experience with at least one of the top three cloud service providers (Google, Azure, AWS) together with internal cloud platforms
• Demonstrable knowledge in features of Kubernetes, microservices, serverless, function-as-a-service
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational, leadership, communication, coaching, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate complex technology to senior stakeholders across multiple lines of business
• Understanding of billing, rates, demand modeling, chargeback and other financials
• Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
• Working knowledge Application Lifecycle Management
