Responsibilities:

  • Product Specialist for Ethical Products in Therapeutic Dermatology is primarily responsible for developing sales strategies and managing the activities of assigned channels, to achieve targeted sales and profit.

  • Develop and implement a business/ sales plan for assigned territories.

  • Actively manage the relationship of assigned accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Prepare and participate in business reviews/ forecasts (Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities).

  • Acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities within their areas.

  • Prepare reports, market/ performance analysis, propose and initiate business improvements as required

  • Execute Commercial Excellence initiatives, process and activities across their areas like: Events and Customer Excellence.

  • Establish consistent levels of execution at the area level, aligned with the country/ market brand strategies maximizing sales resources at hand.

  • Market/ Customer Segmentation & Targeting and Medical Detailing.

  • Delivering KPIs of Sales developing metrics and scorecards as well as Implement them in their area business performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified

  • 2-5 years experiences in Medical Sales to Ethical Channels (Hospitals and GP Clinics)

  • Prefers candidates with experience working in the Pharmaceutical industries

  • Candidates with experience in distributions are also welcome to apply
