This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape product experiences by combining design expertise with strategic thinking. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in translating user needs into intuitive, impactful digital solutions while aligning design decisions with broader business goals. Working at the intersection of product management, UX/UI design, and user research, you’ll contribute to building seamless and engaging user journeys. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to execution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers and creative stakeholders to research, prototype, and refine user experiences
- Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support product development
- Utilize design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the product
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve usability
- Create and maintain design documentation, guidelines, and visual assets for development teams
- Ensure alignment between design output and overall product strategy, balancing aesthetics with functionality
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma
- Solid understanding of user research methods, journey mapping, and data-driven design
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to think strategically about product decisions, balancing user needs with business objectives
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in English, including strong copywriting skills
