Product Strategy Consultant O&G Wells (Product owner)

We are seeking an Associate Product Strategy Consultant, O&G Wells (Product Owner), to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving product strategy and vision within the Oil & Gas Wells sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and acquiring products, setting clear goals, and establishing compelling visions to guide product development in alignment with user needs.

• Lead and define product strategy and vision for O&G well solutions
• Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and deliver better product value
• Enhance and acquire products based on the strategic needs of the business
• Set and achieve clear product goals to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the Oil & Gas sector
• Travel as needed to meet with end users and stakeholders to gather insights
• Contribute to the product roadmap and lifecycle management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing
• Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in product development

• Proficiency in the Oil & Gas sector with at least 3 years of experience
• Solid business analysis skills and familiarity with digital products
• Ability to travel to meet end users and stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level

• Capability to define and manage business analysis approach
• Competency in overseeing business analysis activities
