Product Strategy Intern (Spring, Part-Time)

About the role:

Working with a world-class team, the internship will involve a hands-on learning experience with many of the core activities involved in running a start-ups market evaluation process. An intern should expect to develop a fundamental knowledge of the process by which products and markets are evaluated, ranked, and prioritized. Analysts will gain a working understanding of the industry participants and the aerial intelligence and data landscape. Detailed analysis of markets, industries, demand estimation, customer value will be expected.

Details of Internship Role:

• Research and identify attractive use-cases in areal intelligence
• Estimate TAM/SAM/SOM for each industry and/or use-case
• Develop product theses and business plans
• Build bottoms-up market estimates
• Significant mentorship from Product/Program/Marketing executives with weekly meetings to discuss progress
• Pay / Sponsorship: Paid internship
• Hours per Week: 10+ hours per week
• Duration: 10-week minimum (extensions possible)
• This internship is remote

• Highly motivated candidates who have a strong and proven interest in the fields of start-up, entrepreneurship, and/or finance with an interest in researching business models within a targeted industry (drones & data processing).
• Candidates who have a natural curiosity for how businesses work, a tenacious attitude towards research, are resourceful, and have the ability to think independently without daily oversight.
• Applicants should be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or graduate degree but any major can apply.
