Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and visionary Product Strategy Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring that our offerings are unique, valuable, and ahead of the curve. This role is about more than just numbers; it's about understanding what the data tells us and how it can guide Shift to better serve our clients in the business lending sector. 

What you'll do: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this insight to drive strategic decisions.
• Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product strategy.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities, creating unique product offerings, and staying ahead of market trends.
• Track and analyse product performance metrics. Use data to inform strategy adjustments and ensure continued product success. 

Qualifications

What you’ll bring: 

• Proven experience in product strategy or a related field, including a successful track record of launching and scaling products within the financial services industry.
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on market differentiation and long-term success.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adjust strategies based on evolving business needs.
