Product Summer Intern (2 openings)

The Product Intern will participate in and provide support for various initiatives led by NCQA product management involving the discovery, development, implementation and management of high-impact healthcare quality-related products and capabilities around standards, measures, data and technology. The start date for this internship is flexible between mid/late May.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support or lead some key activities and deliverables that may involve any or several of the following: Product & Market Research, Sizing and Analysis, ongoing Customer Research around Needs and Jobs-to-be-Done, Business Case Development, Product Pricing and Financial Modeling, and Product Portfolio Performance and Analytics.

• Support the development of product artifacts, project deliverables and the management of product initiatives. This will include:
• Develop project deliverables including reports for review.
• Plan and manage project tasks.
• Accountable for quality and timely completion of work.
• Assist with organizing project meetings.
• Aid in proofreading, editing and production of reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Three years into Bachelor's degree with some business, healthcare, and technology coursework preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to perform several tasks/projects simultaneously with an uncompromising level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet application with formulas.
