Position Overview:

As Product Support Engineer (PSE) Intern within Evacuation Ice Protection Systems (EIPS) Product Support Group, you will assist in ensuring exceptional product support on Evacuation Slide/Raft, Life Raft, Ice Protection and Specialty Heated Products installed on commercial and defense platforms (aircrafts) in operational use around the world.

Primary Responsibilities:

PSE team is overall accountable for technical performance of in-service product(s) on various platforms in terms of safe and proper operational use of the product; identify and investigate product technical and operational issues that negatively impacts performance, safety and reliability metrics; and work with aircraft OEMs, product end-users (Airlines), repair shops (MRO) and internal functional groups (Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Supply Chain etc.) to bring technical resolution to the issues that leads to improvement in product field performance an increased customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
