Product Support Specialist

The Product Support Specialist is responsible preparing customers to convert from one credit card processor to another. You will help the customer understand the differences between credit card processors, identify hardware requirements, complete the conversion and provide support post-conversion.

Essential Functions:

Illustrative duties may include, but are not restricted to, one or more of the following:

• Complete all AMS EMV conversions including consultation, hardware ordering, prep, hardware installation, media and merchant change
• Work with the Migration Team to schedule any necessary Token Transfer imports related to merchant changes
• Schedule and complete Card Connect merchant conversions
• Assist with building processes for onboarding new credit card processors
• Works with the Knowledge Center and R&D to escalate and resolve merchant services issues.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in payment processing. 1+ years of experience in service, consulting, or relationship management.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Other Requirements: Familiarity with complex system integration and software development life cycles and projects. Strong Customer Service skills.
• Flexible Scheduling: Ability to work flexible hours, such as a split shift, to accommodate for customers' operating schedules. (EX: ½ day AM in the office and ½ day PM work from home)
• Self-Manage: Ability to manage workload, determine PM workload requirements and communicate schedule.
• Work Remotely: Access to complete PM work from an offsite location.
