Product Survey Specialist

Operator 

Role Summary 

We are looking for an Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be asked to look for specialty items advertised in store and then answer questions about them. This role works only 8 to 12 hours a month. It is ideal for someone looking for additional income. 

Key Results Area 

• Scan QR codes to complete Activities- Follow QR code activities- hardware/ software updates when needed 

• Find selected items in store and answer a brief survey about those items 

• Visit approximately 2-3 stores at the beginning of every month to complete the survey 

• Additional duties as needed 

Skills & Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• Sound judgment and decision making 

• Comfortable using their phone to complete tasks 

• Prior customer service experience preferred 

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
