What Will Our Talent Acquisition Partner Do:

We're looking for a talented Senior Product Technical Content Writer to join our team and play a critical role in creating high-quality product documentation and technical content that resonates with our audience.

• Product Documentation: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive user guides, API documentation, product manuals, and technical reference materials for SOCRadar's cybersecurity solutions.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product functionalities and create content strategies that align with user needs.
• User-Focused Content: Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including developers, cybersecurity professionals, and business users.
• Consistency and Quality: Establish and maintain documentation standards and ensure technical content is consistent in tone, format, and style across all platforms.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and clarity of product functionalities.
• Content Optimization: Continuously improve existing documentation based on feedback, usability testing, and evolving product updates.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the cybersecurity industry to accurately represent technical aspects of SOCRadar's products in documentation.

• Experience: At least 5+ years of experience writing technical content, with a strong focus on cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, protocols, and best practices, with an ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, with experience creating both user-facing and developer-focused documentation.
• Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in using documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, DITA XML) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to rapidly changing product and business needs.
