THE POSITION
The Electronics Brake Systems, Hydraulic Test Laboratory is seeking the addition of a motivated and technically skilled Product Test Engineer.

Core Responsibilities:• Responsible for performing and documenting Design Validation Testing• Create test plans• Install/calibrate/set-up laboratory instrumentation and data acquisition.• Troubleshoot and repair test stand issues.• Support mechanical and electrical hardware updates.• Perform testing per specifications.• Use Company Laptop and software to keep tests running remotely after hours• Set- up and perform specialized testing measurements even where no specification exists• Test and report findings to requirements.• Analyze data for trends and conclusions

Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree • Experience with projects, internships, or etcmaking prototypes• Demonstrate mechanical ability.• Basic electrical skills and understanding of circuits. • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel and windows).• Flexible, works well with others, able to accept to changing priorities and keep team updated• Work independently with little to no supervision.• Physical requirements involve frequent moderate lifting• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 2-5 years of experience and Degree• Product Test Experience• Experience with DiaDem software• Fabrication experience• Machine shop experience• Instrument calibration
