Role Description

Responsibilities:

Quality driven Program Manager who will manage the execution of alpha and beta testing for hardware products and software services (i.e. Dogfood)

Own program strategy and end--to-end delivery by designing holistic tests based on product requirements, maintaining schedule, and communicating results to stakeholders

Work with Product Management, Hardware/Firmware Engineering, QA or other stakeholders to define product requirements and KPIs, identify and manage dependencies, develop test plans, execute tests, and analyze test results

Manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders

Able to describe your team's analyses and recommendations to executives

Able to discuss the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers

to develop testing plans and utilize data and metrics for driving improvements and decision making

Identify risks to testing execution and formulate mitigation plans in accordance with company business goals and product acceptance criteria

Analyze test results including survey data and feedback on bugs and work with stakeholders to identify root causes and next steps

Provide direct support to test participants through thoughtful and precise communication and thorough troubleshooting practices

Skills:

3+ years in a Project/Program Management role

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience leading hardware or software engineering programs through the product development process

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Highly organized and self-starter.

Experience in end-user testing - developing and executing alpha/beta/delta or user experience research test plans desired

Experience in QA or Systems integration testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in lieu of every year of education

• Min 3 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.
