Product Trainer, Launch Experience (Contract)
Job Description
Amplify's Training & Enablement team is seeking a Product Trainer, Launch Experience to design and develop training materials for the Technical Onboarding team. This team focuses on digital onboarding and their role relies heavily on using internal tools to intake enrollment data and provide access to digital products. This role will report to the Lead Product Trainer, Launch Experience.
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for education and can quickly become an expert on Amplify's suite of products.
This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Design compelling remote and online product training sessions for the Technical Onboarding team and other customer-facing teams as needed, including Customer Care & Support and Customer Success
- Adhere to a project management plan that includes timelines for designing training, receiving and incorporating feedback, and finalizing training
- Facilitate and deliver informative, effective, and engaging product training sessions to internal customer-facing teams via Zoom
- Assess the impact and effectiveness of training by collecting, analyzing, and incorporating feedback from key stakeholders on session content, framework, and delivery
- Work with Amplify's product teams and product experts to develop a functional understanding of our programs, from both content and digital perspectives
- Collaborate with product teams to understand upcoming content offerings and feature releases and incorporate them into training programs and assets
- Co-produce materials efficiently within a small team that will include product experts, instructional designers, and training stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design or a related field
- 3+ years of teaching or training adult learners
- Experience developing, facilitating and delivering training to adult learners is required
- Experience creating assessments and analyzing results in order to identify knowledge gaps and training needs
- Ability to manage multiple training requests and anticipate training needs
- Proficiency in module creation tools, including Google Slides and EasyGenerator, video recording programs, as well as delivery platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree and teaching credential (past or current)
- Experience working in an Educational Technology company and creating content within a LMS
- Experience teaching or training adults required.
- Familiarity with Amplify products, both content and digital platform and navigation
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $40 - $45.
