What You’ll Do:  

The Product Training & Documentation Team is critical to the performance and success of Tremor International’s Product organization. As the Product Training Specialist, you will support and help lead the development and creation of e-learning content and in-platform training for customers and internal teams. The Product Training Specialist is responsible for developing technical training content in order to train others to develop skills that will make them better technical professionals using the Tremor International products. You will use various content development tools to design in-platform and off-platform micro-learning experiences for different user types. You will be responsible for writing scripts, audio recording, screen recording/editing and implementation.

  • Identify knowledge gaps and propose training-based solutions to ensure clients and internal teams know how best to use the Tremor International platforms
  • Maintain online university content library. This includes ensuring that content is on par with the Product Training team’s standard of quality and is accurate within the organization and the industry
  • Manage relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s). This includes identifying appropriate SMEs for each learning project and establishing expectations and managing communications
  • Utilize Pendo to deliver in-platform training experiences across the Tremor International product suite
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS). This includes uploading and modifying content, modifying the site structure based on analytics, and creating custom client training hubs
  • Partner with Marketing on lead gen activities associated the online university
  • Identify and anticipate training projects in alignment with Product Management and Product Marketing. This includes identifying which feature/product releases will need a training, initiating the KOC/demo meeting with appropriate stakeholders, and defining the anticipated timeline
  • Manage the end-to-end process of training projects. This includes managing the SME team’s feedback timelines and expectations, establishing collaboration with technical writers for scripting, consulting PMs and PMMs for content accuracy, preparing marketing materials, and identifying opportunities for future iterations
  • Build Product Training resources for internal employees related to their training needs (e.g. “Train the Trainer” sessions, internal learning paths, etc.)
  • Lead Platform Training Meetings for internal employees. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to plan and facilitate an effective live training on specific platform features.
  • Collaborate with a team of Technical Writers to establish writing project timelines and best practices that are aligned with the documentation needs of the team

What will I bring?

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience in the education, training, or instructional design field.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to maintain multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment
  • Adaptable to supporting different business goals and newly discovered knowledge gaps
  • Confidently able to work cross-functionally, lead meetings, and keep projects in motion
  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency working with eLearning authoring and design tools, such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe, etc...
  • Proficiency in writing and facilitating virtual instructor-led training sessions
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, such as Skilljar
  • Experience building learning curriculums for client-facing educational tools
  • Experience in the advertising/marketing technology industry or ad tech
  • Experience with Pendo
  • Experience with technical writing

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus.  While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.  The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type.
