What You'll Be Doing:Â
The Product Training Team is critical to the performance and success of Amobee’s Product organization. As a Product Training Specialist, you will support and help lead the development and creation of e-learning content for existing and prospective clients. The Product Training Specialist is responsible for developing technical training programs in order to train others to develop skills that will make them better technical professionals using the Amobee platform. You will serve as the LMS Administrator and work cross-functionally with the Instructional Designer to produce content. You will be responsible for writing scripts and providing assets to and guiding the Instructional Designer. On occasion, you will record video content using video editing software.
What You’ll Do:Â
- Serve as a learning management system (LMS) administrator and maintain systems, create user profiles, create usage reports, and publish SCORM, video, and other digital content
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Work with SMEs (subject matter experts) to storyboard and write content that is focused on the correct learning and performance objectives
- Partner and collaborate with the Learning & Development Department, leaders, teams, and SMEs to ensure all product training content is current and engaging
- Contribute to scripts for courses, videos, and knowledge checks (quizzes) that validate achievement of the learning objectives
- Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues in learning design and training
- Coordinate interactions with other departments including learning & development, product management, and marketing
What will I bring?
- BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similar relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, design or other relevant field
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
- Ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts to develop content
- Strong project management skills and work well in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to manage timelines and influence stakeholders
- Experience with one or more of the following: HTML, XML, CSS, or Javascript
- Experience in the programmatic advertising space – a plus
- Experience using TechSmith Camtasia (or similar video editing software), Adobe Photoshop (or similar photo editing software) and/or Adobe Audition (or similar audio editing software)

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus.  While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type.
