As a Production Assistant, you'll assist the production team coordinate and help facilitate the day-to-day operations of our multi-disciplinary teams. This can include taking meeting notes, following up on action items, streamlining communication between the internal and external teams, assisting with stand-up, bug triaging, and more.

This is an opportunity to learn and grow in production across all disciplines and fields of responsibility.

What You Will Do:

• General support of Production and our production pipelines
• Communicate with the team to help ensure the production schedule is on track
• Help resolve problems with patience and composure
• Assist in writing documentation, maintaining Agile methodologies, and improving processes

Who Will be a Great Fit:

• Experience in game development in a production role
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Has the to identify problems and suggest solutions
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and/or other database and project management software
• Understanding of game development and product development practices such as Waterfall and Agile
