Production Assistant - DIT Intern (Spring)

We’re Looking For A: Production Assistant Intern support the day-to-day studio operations at our Headquarters office and work directly with the Production team to facilitate a variety of live, VOD, and other video content. Coordinates and schedules all aspects of production to meet deadlines. Primarily assists with delivery of production media assets.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ingesting, transcoding, uploading and delivering digital assets post productions.
• Prepares and organizes digital files for ingestion into digital repositories or delivery to other destinations.
• Assists in identifying any technical issues in post processing workflow and works in partnerships with cinematographers and managers in developing and executing efficient digitization production plans.
• Assist with set-up of equipment, props, and sets for productions.
• Assist Production team with clerical needs, purchases, and rentals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Self-Starters who are assertive, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Exudes professionalism and etiquette under a typical production when dealing with talent.
• Minimum 1 year experience Davinci Resolve and Adobe Suite.
• Minimum 1 year production experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
