THE OPPORTUNITY: Production Assistant (Part-Time Temporary)
REPORTS TO: Creative Project Manager
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA
SCHEDULE: ASAP - February 29th, 2024, ~20 hours/week
Birdy Grey is looking for a highly organized Production Assistant to support our Creative Production team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day Production Assistant activities including day-of on set assistance, coordinating photoshoot samples, research location and prop options, and other assistance with prepping logistics for any photo and video shoots
Scope Of Responsibilities

• Assist on day of production (steaming, model coordination, packing/unpacking, styling assistance, catering)
• Research location options and permits as needed (potentially scouting in person)
• Source props and styling accessories
• Assist with shot list preparation
• Assist with call sheet and team coordination
• Coordinate samples with production/design teams

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience / Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a Production Assistance, Assisting, or related field
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectively.
• Hard working and willing to roll sleeves up - no job is too big or too small.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and take initiative to lead projects.
