Production Coordinator
Job Description

This role aims to craft engaging, on-brand content for Highsnobiety’s B2B campaigns, which requires a thorough understanding of the client, creative brief and vision of the campaign. The Executive Producer is part of our content studio and working closely with the various departments of our in-house agency both in the US and Globally. They will drive the team to create powerful, engaging, top-of-class custom program productions that connect brands with our audience and provide Highsnobiety readers an amazing experience.
Your Mission:
- Support the HS+ Experiential and Content Production Teams across all aspects of production to certify goals are met, on time and within budget.
- Develop processes around billing operations alongside HS+ Finance Team and ensure accounting and PO procedures are being implemented.
- Work alongside the HS+ Finance Team to supervise the billing and collection operations across all HS+ Production, with responsibilities including but not limited to: submitting production invoices, ensuring all appropriate W9’s are received, managing vendor contracts to certify they are fully executed prior to releasing any payments, following up with HS+ Finance on any outstanding payments, maintaining and updating records, etc.
- Alleviate or rectify any discrepancies around payments between HS+ Finance and strategic partners.
- Manage the expense report process across the HS+ Production Departments.
- Schedule meetings, walk-throughs, site-visits and any HS+ Experiential and Content and related appointments.
- Assist the HS+ Experiential and Content Production teams with maintaining production timelines, run of show documents, budgets and billing.
- Support the HS+ Experiential and Content Production Teams in actualizing budgets.
- Develop and oversee coordination documents, including but not limited to: financial trackers, ROS documents, etc.
- Build relationships with all HS+ vendors and strategic partners.
- Conduct extensive research for all aspects of production: materials, products, permits, locations, etc.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process across all HS+ programs
Your Skills:
- 1+ years experience working in video/photo production
- An in-depth understanding of both technical and creative processes
- Knowledge of video, audio, graphic post-production process
- Commitment to produce content in the best quality possible that is aligned with the Highsnobiety's reader interest and aesthetic
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, highly motivated and passionate
- Very good organizational and problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours

The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $60,000 to $75,000. The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
