Summary of Position:

NVE seeks a Production Coordinator to organize all aspects of Production from conception to execution that meet our quality expectations. This position will support the Content team in ensuring client objectives are maintained throughout the production process and execution. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

●  Assist under Content team as a production contact for pre-production, production and post

●  Assist Content Team in the vetting of initial production plans to ensure each production has the necessary details accounted and planned for

●  Create, distribute, and process all onboarding paperwork for freelance vendors, and external production companies

●  Track, manage, and process Purchase Orders and Expense reimbursements

●  Create, File and track all Appearance, Location and Material releases

●  Source gear, locations, PPE, props, research vendors and review proposals

●  Be available to conduct site visits in addition to being on set during shoot days

●  Create and distribute schedules and call sheets to ensure shoot details have been communicated to all interested parties

●  Process requests for insurance certificates

●  Apply for and obtain film permits when required

●  In coordination with Production team, communicate with Creative Producers to keep them abreast of any production-related  issues

●  Recommend and implement process improvements to better coordinate project details

●  Sit in on all meetings and take notes to ensure full visibility to the project

●  Schedule and coordinate initial kick-off and ongoing production meetings for productions

●  Create, update, and proactively maintain inward and outward-facing production documents

●  Track and manage production schedule, monitor progress and proactively communicate status of all projects to Head of Production and Executive Producer on an ongoing basis

Qualifications:

●  1-3 years hands on experience in production, including at least 1 year as a Production Coordinator

●  Familiarity with production workflows, including 4K

●  Ability to respond after hours for important, timely, or urgent matters

●  Team-player who can operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

●  Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information

●  Ability to prioritize tasks and respond accordingly

●  Intellectual curiosity; ensuring you're up-to-date on current production processes

●  Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask

●  Must be organized with strong attention to detail

Extra Credit:

● Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time

Location:

  • Ideal candidate is based in our LA or NY office, but we are currently working remote until further notice
