Production engineer

Your responsibilities:

• You will pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of production and increase customer satisfaction.
• You will improve 5S, visual management, safety and mold management.
• You will involve in ECS deployment and upgrade.
• You will evaluate processes to find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes.
• You will resolve production problems.
• Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• You hold bachelor's degree in manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering environment.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP and ECS.
• Proven skills and experience executing LEAN initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork.
• Fluent in English communication.
