Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Roles
Responsibilities:
- Articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Design and administration of customized high voltage cable accessories
- Development and customization of product range according to cable and customer specification
- Enable sales to promote product line via training and the development of collateral materials that help articulate the value proposition
- Carry out technical trainings for internal and external customers
- Technical support of operations, quality assurance and purchasing
- Creation and maintenance of technical product specifications, documentation and marketing media
- Support product rationalization and technical support of international tenders
- Coordinate and implement product and application training for internal and external customers.
- Collect customer feedback related to the product and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research products and markets to maintain competitive intelligence.
- Develop sales forecasts (demand plan).
- Active collaboration with R&D within development projects
- Manage special price requests
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, ideally specialized in Energy Cable or Cable Accessories
- 8+ yrs. experience in product management preferred
- Relevant product or industry experience desired
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- High technical understanding of high voltage systems
- Project management skills. PMP Certification preferred
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Cross functional and cross-cultural experiences
