Job Description

The role will be primarily responsible of coordinating orders flow of the cells during the cleaning process, performing process time analyses, graphing receiving orders and sales by cells, coordinating and executing shipments systematically, analyzing active customers in Backlog, and coordinating and controlling the FG's and WIP inventory.

Responsibilities include: 

• Creating production plans and coordinating orders in each process such as receiving, cleaning and first inspection (yield)
• Performing capacity analyses and communicating due dates to customers
• Working with customer service in order to notify customers of backorders and other issues
• Managing inventory of received orders
• Identifying inefficiencies and reducing wait time of orders during this process
• Generating a daily report of the total time by order inside the process (TAT/OTD)
• Graphing records of received orders by cell and general of the unit
• Maintaining a thermometer graphic of daily sales of each production cell

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field
• Five (5) years’ experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish both
• Experience in Problem solving and organizational skills (8D’s, A3’s, Quality Tools)
• Lean Manufacturing experience to drive process improvements and Transformational Change
• Ability to write and interpret technical data
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Computer knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
• ERP Experience
• Six Sigma (Preferable)
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (Preferable)
