Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in the meticulous testing of Project Campaigns, ensuring the functionality and quality of our software. This role involves comprehensive quality assessments and testing procedures to guarantee that Project Campaigns meet the defined standards and specifications. The QA Specialist must possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure the highest quality standards for both Project Campaigns and the overall software functionality. This role requires effective communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to upholding the core values of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing of Project Campaigns, assessing functionality, performance, and adherence to specified requirements.

  • Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, or issues related to Project Campaigns.

  • Ensure the overall functionality of the software by conducting detailed testing across different modules and features.

  • Collaborate with Development teams to verify that software components work seamlessly together.

  • Act as a quality gatekeeper for Production, overseeing the quality assurance process from

    initiation to completion for Project Campaigns.

  • Implement testing strategies to validate the reliability and effectiveness of the software and Project Campaigns.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand the project requirements and quality expectations.

  • Provide clear and concise reports on the quality of Project Campaigns and software functionality.

Required Skills

  • Strong computer skills including fluency in Excel, Office 365 in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in executing various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Extreme Attention to detail is a must.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and propose creative solutions for optimization and performance enhancement.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
  • Fluency in managing case load in Salesforce Service Desk.
  • Strong Communication Skills, with both internal and external clients.
  • The ability to review details of a service case to ensure its translation into a finished product.
  • Experience in managing a work queue as the controller of how work moves forward.
  • Excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-based setting while maintaining an individual workload.
  • Ability to switch tasks and goals throughout the day based on priority and need.
  • Ability to work independently within a team, in a looser less formal environment.
  • Accepting feedback constructively with an eye towards improvement.
  • Sharing workload and assisting other team members as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in text-based marketing or marketing in general
  • Experience in Quality Assurance Testing
