Summary:
Serve as the expert in data manipulation for clients, ensuring timely and accurate programming/data manipulation of the client's mail data .
Responsibilities:

• Manipulate and convert various file types into common database format using FoxPro, Ultra Edit, Redpoint, Excel, etc.
• Manipulate data throughout database software.
• Perform Customer Service type duties with both internal and external clients.
• Practice knowledge of mail classes and categories.
• Use of Postal Sortation software.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a 2-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Self-managed and motivated; organized and detail-oriented.
• Display the ability to multi-task and keep project requirements organized while quickly adapting to changing priorities.
• General knowledge of Microsoft products, importing, exporting, and converting various file types.
• Database background with a strong emphasis on data manipulation skills and file reporting.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Programming in a Microsoft Environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital and variable printing applications and postal sortation is helpful.
• Knowledge of Postal Software, Postal Regulations, Programming experience (ability to write Script), Print files, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, etc. is desirable.
