Production Services Specialist (Freelance)

That brings us to you.

In this position, you will support the Production Services Manager, supporting the Production and Finance teams in four offices across Jack Morton US.  You. will help facilitate the vendor management process, including the relationships with the vendors, the vendor set up process, vendor maintenance, and the payment process.  This is a full-time freelance position to start, with the goal to hopefully convert to staff down the line.

What you’ll be doing

Program Coordination:

• Assist with on-boarding new vendors/freelancers ensuring agency/client exposure is mitigated and any potential risk is identified and escalated, as needed. 
• Reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders (as applicable). 
• Audit vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance standards are met and coordinate with Client Accounting partner as necessary.

Procurement:

• Assist in owning Range process from start to finish
• Build and maintain relationships with our vendors; support them with any necessary set up documentation, and take responsibility for managing any delinquent payments
• Responsible for ensuring tax treatment on invoices is managed effectively and properly                                           

Resourcing Support:

• Assist the Finance team with inputting new hires and freelancers into Procim
• Support production team with our scheduling tool, Precursive

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if…

• 1-2 years project management and/or procurement experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in excel preferred
