Production Services Specialist II
Job Description
Senior role that provides front-line support to end users responding to issues related to Incidents and Problem Management Governance for multiple applications, with the primary focus on triage leadership of all business impacting incidents. Responsibilities include understanding and ensuring compliance with the Incident Management and Problem Management policies and procedures. This role is the key focal point for the customer/client/associate experience and owns restoring complex/major production incidents under tight Service Level Agreements and pursue root cause and problem resolution follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical Robotics support for GBAM and troubleshoot production outages along with ITRS based monitoring.
- Create Onboarding standards for the Robotics support platform.
- Setup monitoring for L2 and L1 support.
- Apply Robotics industry best practices.
- Keep the management and other stakeholders updated with latest and upcoming changes.
- Perform Incident, Problem and Release management for the bot.
- Perform capacity management of the bot infrastructure.
- Liaise with development and business teams to outline future business roadmap.
- Act as bot management SME for the team and provide trainings to others.
Required Skills:
- Operating systems: Linux/Unix, Windows.
- Experience with UiPath
- Languages: Python, Java, Shell, Perl, JQuery, JavaScript etc.
- Database: Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, MySQL
- Other Tools: ITRS Geneos/Splunk or any other monitoring tool, Ansible, Eclipse or any other IDE, CVS, Remedy, JIRA
- ITIL standards.
Desired Skills:
- Working experience in DevOps and Agile culture.
- Python coding experience and hands on experience with Ansible, Jenkins ITRS Geneos monitoring.

Pay and benefits information
Jersey City pay range:
$70,000 - $120,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
