Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Specialist - Night Shift located in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Reporting to the Associate Production Supervisor, the Production Specialist - Night Shift involves being responsible for a variety of complex operations and duties in a production area.

Hours: 6:00 pm -6:00 am (Rotating shift)

What a typical day looks like:

• Develops and improves assembly processes, ensuring they meet specifications and reduce inefficiencies.
• Drives resolution of production schedules and process-related issues.
• Assists in compliance with safety regulations (e.g., ISO) and provides production-ready documentation (MPIs).
• Monitors equipment performance, makes minor adjustments, and performs maintenance under supervision.
• Supports operators with questions, conducts quality spot checks, and collaborates on process and equipment upgrades.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 1 year of machine troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of assembly requirements.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; medical device experience preferred
