Production Supervisor

BASIC POSITION DUTIES:

• Leads & coordinates activities of the OE Friction Department to meet organizational objectives in the areas of productivity, quality, employee relations, safety, shipping, continuous improvement, and equipment utilization.

JOB DUTIES:

• Assignment coordinating and training of Production Associates.

• Ensures equipment operation in compliance with established procedures.

• Leads continuous improvement and APS activities.
• Promotes and maintains good working relationships with assigned groups.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Graduate.
• Additional education beyond high school preferred.
• Leadership and/or Team building training helpful.
