Production Supervisor

Job Overview

 We are looking to hire an experienced Production Supervisor to help us keep growing. If you're hard-working and dedicated, We are the place for you. Our schedule is four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities for Production Supervisor

• Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
• Provide training and educational materials to staff
• Conduct annual reviews for staff performance
• Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
• Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department

Qualifications for Production Supervisor

• Proven experience working in a supervisory role in a production, preferably a fabrication shop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
• Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines
• Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time
