Production Support, Intern
Job Description
Role:
The candidate will be responsible to support state street production applications including
Coordinating with global delivery team to complete BAU tasks, process user requests from Email and Service Now, monitor and maintain system health; Alert handling, support task automation, etc.
Education Requirement:
Computer, software engineering related majors
Role Requirement:
Solid technical proficiency Open to new tech knowledges and quick learner. Strong organizational skills and attention to details. Proven ability to allocate times amongst multiple tasks. Good teamwork player. Good verbal and written in English
*Plus
Dev ops or Support experience for financial systems. Familiar with the basic Unix commands to investigate log or shell script Knowledge on database queries (sql).
