You will report directly to the Production Lead.

Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with members of a multi-disciplinary team. You are meticulous, hardworking, and equally comfortable working at sea trials, and a normal workbench in the office.

Job Scope

1. Manufacture and assemble parts following work instructions, and adhering to deadlines
2. Conduct testing on parts and document test results
3. Assist engineering team to set-up and conduct experiments and prototypes.
4. Assists Engineering in investigating and resolving on-site and off-site issues and tickets.
5. Record and contribute to the SOPs to ensure high quality of goods produced
6. Maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse and workspace, and keep workspace fully stocked on supplies
7. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
8. Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking and packing
9. Assist with Logistics, such as updating of administrative documents
10. Assist with tasks from other technical staff
11. Any other relevant duties as assigned

Desired Qualities

1. Active learner, with ability to execute tasks independently
2. Meticulous and detail-oriented
3. Practical hands-on experiences, such as any of the following: soldering, crimping, harnessing, mechanical assembly, drilling, sanding, etc.
4. Technical certificate of competence (NITEC/Diploma)
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and skills to prioritize and deliver against timelines
