Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide training and support, via e-mail, phone or Zoom, to Financial Consultants and Client Associates on 3rd party software.
  • Proactively interact with Financial Consultants and Client Associates in promoting the overall adoption of the Private Wealth Management software systems.
  • Effectively communicate to Financial Consultants and Client Associates ways to leverage technology to enhance business practices.
  • Function as a Liaison with Financial Consultants and Client Associates on operational issues, products and services.
  • Maintain a log of all ideas generated from the Financial Consultants and Client Associates to improve and enhance our software systems.
  • Perform testing of new software systems and updates on existing systems.
  • Backup on updates and maintenance of the Stephens Intranet.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of related experience or training
  • An equivalent combination of education, training or experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

The following registrations preferred or will be required to obtain within the first six months of employment

  • SIE - Securities Industry Essentials
  • Series 7 - General Securities Representative
  • Series 63 - State Law Exam or Series 66 - Combined State Law
