We are looking for a special combination of skills to join our Ops Success team. To be successful in this role, a candidate must be able to work independently and have a strong background in customer service with preferred sales and healthcare experience. Strong communication skills and thinking on your feet will take you far!!  We are looking for someone with critical thinking, problem solving, and cross-functional teamwork skills who can complement our fast-paced, fun, and innovative team! 

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide new users through a systematic onboarding process to facilitate making decisions around their needs and goals
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and Support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals throughout the onboarding processes to promote engagement and address concerns
  • Set up healthcare professionals’ access to facility systems 
  • Monitor and track upcoming credential compliance for upcoming shifts
  • Maintain active status for all professionals by successfully completing initial and subsequent credentialing packages as required by healthcare facilities
  • Collect, upload, and audit professional documentation such as: medical records and certifications
  • Escalate concerns from healthcare professionals to provide straightforward, scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare and customer support
  • Tech experience a plus
  • Skill set in Google Sheets or related programs
  • High level of professionalism
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to optimize processes, work cross-functionally and collaboratively across teams.
  • Flexibility, a creative mindset when solving problems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk
  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of work equipment
  • Ability to set up home office to include desk and chair
