Professional, Database Architect

Position Summary

This position is key to building Data warehouse architecture, maintain, develop, and automate complex ETL pipeline development, stored procedures, views and more. Also support continuous enhancement of additional database modules and manage security.
Role and Responsibilities

• This position is core part of people analytics team and is essential for short and long term vision of building scalable People Analytics across North America region.
• This position would work on complex Database design, ETL design.
• Also, work on database architecture enhancement to support efficient data management for various subs, manage security for different groups, support Reporting/Analytics for People Analytics and partners.
• Work on automation modules to support time saving for broader team.
• Performance Tune the database for growing data
• Monitor database activities for proactive trouble shooting.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in database design, especially HR database design, complex ETL design/operation, expertise in data management and security
• Skills - SQL, SSIS, SSAS, VBA, Alteryx, Python, Tableau (optional), Workday report writer
• Education- Preferred computer engineer
