Professional Development Operations Scheduler (Contractor)

The Professional Development (PD) Operations Scheduler position is a contract position through September 2023 that focuses on two key areas: scheduling of professional development sessions and supporting data review and monitoring. Members of the Professional Development (PD) Operations team are an integral part of the overall success of Amplify, as well as the success of our partnerships with school districts across the country.
Primary Responsibilities of the PD Operations Scheduler:
Our PD Operations Schedulers are responsible for the logistics and scheduling of Amplify Professional Development (PD) using Salesforce Field Service Lightning. PD Operations Schedulers support the initial preparation and scheduling of all Amplify products, ensuring PD engagements are scheduled on the customers preferred date and modality with a highly qualified trainer for optimal implementation results. In this role you will:
- Proficiently and professionally address internal and external PD scheduling needs
- Gather event logistics, reach out to internal team members to identify session details, and escalate gaps in a timely manner
- Utilize Salesforce and Field Service Lightning to dynamically and efficiently schedule PD sessions with an eye toward detail
- Update and maintain customer and session information aligned to established service level agreements
- Maintain proficiency in operational processes
- Apply a customer focus while maintaining business objectives
- Confirm PD sessions and details with school leaders in a professional manner
- Use strong administrative and organizational skills to meet or exceed established deadlines
- Work collaboratively across multiple and geographically dispersed teams
Basic Qualifications of the PD Operations Scheduler:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing Salesforce or internal business systems to maintain and share data
- Demonstrated proficiency with analyzing data from multiple internal business systems
- Experience managing several multi-pronged tasks simultaneously
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and workflows
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications of the PD Operations Scheduler:
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate, logistics or product operations role
- 1+ years experience working on a customer service/support team
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enthusiastically function within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial service and support culture
- Proficient in effective customer communication at various organizational levels
Additional Information:
Time: This is a full time, contract position to support our busy summer season from March through September 2023. Expected working hours are Monday through Friday, during regular business hours in the candidate's respective time zone.
Location: This is a remote position that requires that you are both permitted to work in and currently live in the United States. You must also be able to provide a quiet and professional work environment.
Equipment: This position requires the PD Operations Scheduler to have access to reliable home internet, and to supply a personal laptop/computer that can support video calls on Google Meet and Zoom.
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $28.00 - $33.00.
