About You

The Professional (HCP) Marketing Events Associate will manage logistics for ~30 HCP (healthcare provider) domestic trade shows/conferences each year. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the development of marketing materials and communications to promote the Nutrafol brand and products at trade shows before, during and following each conference.  

The Professional (HCP) Marketing Events Associate must be a strong communicator who is detail-oriented and demonstrates solid project and event management skills. As a member of the Professional Marketing team, you will report to the Senior Manager Professional Marketing and will collaborate with other key stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience working with physicians in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical aesthetics industry in the U.S. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Nutrafol’s physician trade show (conference) marketing strategy and the creative development of materials and communications to promote Nutrafol at up to 30 national trade shows each year - emails, social media, digital and print advertising, virtual booths, etc, working alongside cross-functional partners on creative and social media teams
  • Develop materials & product order for each conference and purchase trade show necessities (lead retrievals, electric, carpet)
  • Acquire/download/forward leads list for salesforce import for sales reps to follow-up 
  • Coordinate the logistics of shipping/receiving booth and materials to each conference with vendors; communicating logistics to attendees and be “on call” to field questions from Nutrafol conference attendees 
  • Manage monthly budget and invoicing for booth & material shipments to/from conferences 
  • Support the design & development of trade show booths and materials including signage, merchandising displays, literature, and digital displays
  • Lead the creative development process for assigned marketing materials and communications including - writing project briefs for the creative team, providing copy and design direction, managing deadlines and ensuring product messaging and claims are accurate and consistent
  • Collaborate with third-party marketing agency partner to support the planning and promotion of key physician in-person events 
  • Work closely with the sales team on event staffing, goals, and expectations, co-lead event pre-briefs
  • Secure room blocks for select conferences; make monthly hotel room adjustments 
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships with the following teams: Professional Marketing and Sales Teams, Clinical & Medical Affairs, Creative, Social Media, Supply Chain and Operations
  • Attend 2-5 national trade shows annually

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of trade show or in-person events experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience working in B2B marketing, healthcare and/or beauty industry a plus (working with Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, etc.) 
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate programs/events, managing through ambiguity to sound execution
  • Proven experience leading the creative development process for marketing materials including design and copy feedback/direction. 
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience submitting and tracking invoices; budgeting
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, medical affairs, sales, and supply chain
  • Adaptable team player comfortable in an agile environment who can evolve, pivot, and pitch in as needed

Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$65,000—$75,000 USD
