About the Role

Here you will join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team working closely with project leads and delivery managers across our offices. You will gain exposure to a plethora of industries, research market insights, source key experts, and facilitate introductions with clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support on client projects
• Balance multiple, concurrent, time-sensitive research requests
• Responsible for sourcing and recruiting leading industry experts
• Screening new and existing experts via phone and email to ensure project relevance
• Onboarding new experts to the Arbolus platform
• Develop relationships with thought leaders and experts across a variety of industries
• Foster excellent relationships with experts through follow-ups and future engagements
• Close collaboration with Senior Associates and Project Leads across international teams

Requirements: 

• 0-2 years of experience
• Great communication skills
• Ability to challenge the status quo
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

• The annual base salary for this role is $60k. Additional bonus potential is awarded monthly based on performance.
